On Rising -
200ml Purified/Spring Water with half a lemon squeezed

2 cups porridge oats, prepare with water

I found this five day diet in Leslie Kenton’s book ‘Skin Revolution’. I’m learning a lot from this book written by this extremely respected beauty and skincare expert. She was the lady behind Origins. She was behind bringing the internal supplement Imedeen to the British market and she is a previous beauty editor of Harpers and Queen.
I highly recommend her book to anyone who is interested in skincare, I discovered it after ARK Skincare’s Shula Starkey recommended it to me, and I’m very glad that she did!

Hi Susie,
This looks very interesting. A great idea for a blog!
Having spent a fair amount on products that look after my skin, particularly my face, I have definitely found that what I eat is the dominant factor in determining how my skin looks. Particularly with regards to avoiding spots and uneven skin. So I do not need much persuading that diet affects skin.
I will certainly try this diet as, diet-wise, I tend to rely on eating fruit (particularly pineapple) to keep my skin in decent condition. This 5 Day Diet will hopefully give me a better all round diet to complement the products I use on my skin.
Hope you are keeping well and hope you don’t mind me saying your skin always looks fantastic.
Kindest regards
Michael
Might have to try this, I could do with a face lift
With a diet this tasty that could help me look younger then what’s not to love? Thanks for sharing! x
